and answer any questions you may have. Be sure to include your name, mailing address, shipping address ,
phone number, print title, and suggested size, and any special requirements you may have.
If you have a PAYPAL account, feel free to use the order box above for your convenience, or
send a certified check , money order, or personal check to the address below.
REMEMBER to add a non-refundable $25.00 to your order for shipping, handling and insurance.
